5. Chelsea Need An Identity

Chelsea took the lead twice at home against a team that is currently 18th in the league. The Blues have been hot and cold all season despite maintaining a spot in the top three.

The lacklustre win against Palace proved that something needs to give if the Blues are going to be legitimate title contenders.

4. Southampton Are Slipping

Southampton had a great start to this season. They were playing great defense and looked fluid in attack; so much so that Adam Lallana got a call up to England's national team.

Recently, the Saints have been in poor form. Their last five games read 1-2-3 and they are currently ninth in the league after being as high as third at one point. The squad needs to regain their feet if they are to challenge for a Champions League spot.

Everton has been even better under Roberto Martinez than it was under David Moyes.

The fifth ranked side are undefeated against top sides and are scoring goals for fun. It doesn't look like the fun will stop for the Toffee's anytime soon.

2. Arsenal Might Not Be A Title Side

The Gunners got absolutely stomped by Manchester City. After playing in a seemingly unstoppable fashion since the arrival of Mesut Ozil, a loss to Napoli in the Champions League and now another to title rivals, Manchester CIty, has made the north London side look very shaky.

Now that Arsenal is getting into the meat of their schedule, other title favorites will be hoping for them to drop plenty of points.

Luis Suarez just raised his goal tally to a stunning 17 in 11 games, when his Liverpool side completely dismantled Tottenham on the road.

That is four more than runner-up Sergio Aguero, who has 13 in 15 games.

Suarez looks to be unstoppable right now and look for him to add to his goal haul when Liverpool hosts Cardiff City need weekend.
