Braves Set To Take On Padres

The Braves are all set to take on the San Diego Padres in a three-game series that gets underway at 3:30 PT (6:30 ET) this afternoon in San Diego. Jair Jurrjens will start today’s series opener for the Braves, while the Padres will counter with Kevin Correia.
Tommy Hanson will start the second game of the series for Atlanta on Wednesday night and will be opposed by San Diego’s Clayton Richard, while Tim Hudson will start for the Braves in Thursday afternoon’s series finale, with Mat Latos pitching for the Padres.
Those are some great pitching matchups, Braves fans, and it should all make for a great series, so be sure to come on out and watch the Braves and Padres play if you’re in the San Diego area!
