First McDowell, Now Lowe; Braves’ Taking PR Hit
It’s not been a week since Roger McDowell was involved in an altercation with a San Francisco Giants’ fan. Now, there ace of their pitching staff returned homE from their west coast road trip to get arrested for a DUI.
Derrek Lowe was stopped late Thursday as he was involved in racing another car in Atlanta. He refused a breath test and failed a sobriety test. He was taken to jail and charged with a DUI and reckless endangerment from reports.
The Braves are just hoping to get through this week and move on from the troubles that have surfaced.
