BOSTON- Boston Celtics point guard gave an interview while on his latest Red Bull tour through China to the South China Post. during the interview Rondo made it clear that the road to the NBA title now goes through LeBron James.

Rondo is one hundred percent correct with this assessment. LeBron and the Miami Heat are the defending NBA champions. The Heat have gone to the last two NBA Finals and sent Boston packing both times in the playoffs. Granted the NBA refs had a lot to do with that fact and the fact they are champions, but that is a part of the game now sadly. In order to get a shot at a title Boston must stop LeBron.

The good news is the Celtics have had success in the past doing just that. Just because LeBron got by them the last two times due to injury marred Boston teams does not mean they cannot send him home again. The Celtics were devastated last year and still almost knocked LeBron and the Heat off.

This year Boston is armed with a healthy Paul Pierce and Jeff Green. The Celtics also should have Courtney Lee and Avery Bradley to shut down Dwayne Wade. Kevin Garnett can make Chris Bosh vanish like few can. The only reason Bosh went off last year is KG could not come out and cover him because he needed to be in the paint to help defend the driving James and Wade. The fact is the Celtics can now double LeBron and make his life more difficult like they did in previous years that were successful.

The road to through the East is through LeBron. Rondo and the Celtics know this fact. They have armed themselves for this task with the needed weapons. The war for the East begins soon. My money is on Boston to send the King packing. Remember Go Green Or Go Home!!!!!
