When thinking of sports injuries that are painful to watch, the ones that stick out the most in my mind are the knee injuries suffered by former Miami Hurricanes running back Willis McGahee against Ohio State in the 2003 National Championship and former Los Angeles Clippers guard Shaun Livingston back in 2007. However, those injuries weren’t as painful as the one in the video above in which a guy snaps his forearm while attempting to bench press 800-pounds.

If you dare to watch the video above, you’ll see the kids left forearm snap back in a matter of seconds after his spotter lets go of the bar. I don’t know what’s more difficult to watch–the arm snapping back or the 10-15 seconds watching this guy’s legs shake from the excruciating amount of pain he’s feeling.

Obviously, this guy is freakishly strong if he’s willing to attempt bench pressing 800-pounds–but there’s a good chance he won’t ever try to put up that much weight again after this incident. Thanks to our friends at Bro Bible for providing the video above.
