How has Steve Smith not done enough to show people he’s not to be messed with? He cracked his own teammate’s face in practice one day, that alone should have been enough.
But no, Roman Harper had to cheap shot Steve Smith after he was already in the end zone, inciting a riot in the end zone. At the heart of the scuffle was Smith dominating Malcolm Jenkings to the ground and standing over him like Jenkins was a chump.
These two teams have some bad blood, and it reared its ugly head yesterday. At one point you’ll see a Saints player throw a ref out of his face, you can expect a hefty fine for him.
