Lindsey Vonn wins Super G, Celebrates by Tebowing
If you happen to live under a rock, you may have missed the Tebowing craze. Inspired by Denver Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow, many people are dropping to one knee in a praying position as a form of celebration. Lindsey Vonn is just the latest in a line of athletes to borrow the Tebow.
Vonn won her first World Cup event in the US on Wednesday. She defeated Fabienne Suter in the Super G at Beaver Creek, Colorado. After the race, Vonn asked Tebow’s brother if she could use the Tebow and he obliged.
It looks like everything Tebow touches turns to gold. First, the Broncos are the favorites to win the AFC West and now Olympic athletes are asking permission to use his celebration. At this rate, Tebow is going to be the best QB in the NFL history within 5 years.
