Video: ESPN's John Sutcliffe Experiment During Monday Night Football was Awful

During Monday night’s game between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the San Francisco 49ers, ESPN decided to use a new sideline reporter.  John Sutcliffe, a veteran of ESPN Deportes, handled the duties and I don’t think he will be asked back to do it again.

Nothing against Sutcliffe, who was probably more nervous than anyone, but he just sounded awful.  His sentences were long and drawn out and some of his facts were just off.

I’m sure he does great work on Deportes, but leave him off of MNF.  We already have to deal with Chris Berman and Stu Scott.
