Breaking News: Oklahoma State Cowboys WR Justin Blackmon Will Enter 2012 NFL Draft
Oklahoma State wide receiver Justin Blackmon will enter the 2012 NFL Draft.
Blackmon, who was a Heisman contender and was considered a top wide receiver prospect in the upcoming draft, made the announcement after winning the Fiesta Bowl over Stanford by saying on a live ESPN broadcast, “I think I’m going to enter the draft and you know, see what happens after that.”
Blackmon is widely considered a probable top ten selection in the upcoming NFL selection meeting, and with many wide receiver strapped teams in the top ten, including the St. Louis Rams, Cleveland Browns, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Miami Dolphins, who are thin at the position with the exception of Brandon Marshall, it will definitely be an intriguing story line to watch as the 2012 NFL Draft steadily approaches.
