Weird things have been happening in the Carrier Dome this year.  In football, Toledo was screwed over by a blown extra point call.  On Saturday, West Virginia had their chance to tie the game erased by a goaltend that wasn’t called.

That is clearly a goaltend.  The ball was bouncing off the glass and the defender pinned the ball on the backboard. Bob Huggins has to be furious about that non-call.  Pulling off the road upset would have been a huge momentum boost for West Virginia.

I can’t wait to see what the Big East officials have to say about the non call.
