After the WBC heavyweight title bout on Saturday night, Dereck Chisora and David Haye came to blows at the post-fight press conference
Haye was pestering Chisora to give him a chance to fight him, and Chisora’s promoter looked like he was entertaining the idea as long as the winner got another title shot.
When Chisora got off the stand and the two came face to face, a brawl quickly ensued. Fair warning, the video contains a lot of vulgar language, and at one point Chisora says “I want to shoot David Haye.”
Haye’s manager got involved somehow, and someone hit him over the head with a bottle. Bleeding from the head, he steps up to Chisora claiming he was the one who did it, and then he blasts Klitschko’s manager saying he is “an embarrassment to the sport.”
Easily the best part was the shots of Vitali Klitschko smiling, enjoying the show after his unanimous decision victory.
Either this was staged to hype up a future fight, or the two genuinely hate each other.
