While the picture you see above isn’t all that uncommon at rugby and soccer games on the other side of the pond, it always raises a few questions:

  1. Where did he get the beer?
  2. Why do the multiple adults around him not care he’s holding it?
  3. Does the kid below him wish he had his own?
  4. Why is the woman behind the flag so pleased with him?

This young English rugby fan seems to be enjoying a beer along with his team’s 9-6 lead over the Welsh.

It may all be an act– may be mom’s beer- nonetheless it’s troubling and hilarious all at the same time.
