The Discount Double Check was introduced to us by Packers QB Aaron Rodgers and made even more “famous” by a variety of people on State Farm commercials thereafter.

As the Knicks have made their improbable run through the NBA’s Eastern Conference this season, dead-eyed shooting guard Steve Novak has developed a cult-following, and is using the Double Check himself after dropping a three ball.

This animated version of the DDC, shows Novak giving himself some bling with the addition of the gold championship belt.
