Now that Peyton Manning‘s move to the Denver Broncos has been finalized, it’s reasonable to assume he and the family will need a place to stay when they arrive in the Mile High City.

In a feat of proactive sales, Denver realtor Lisa Lopez decided to do her best to match up Peyton Manning the buyer with another former Bronco, quarterback Jake Plummer, who just so happens to be selling his 9,200 square foot, seven bedroom, and eight bathroom mansion in the posh Denver subdivision of Cherry Hills.

The writer from Realtor.com and Ms. Lopez see a natural connection between the two, given that NFL quarterbacks are an elite fraternity, and think Peyton should take the mansion off Plummer’s hands– hell, it’s a win-win:

NFL quarterbacks are members of an elite fraternity.

The position involves an intense level of preparation, pressure and, quite frankly, a complete dedication to what is considered an art, which is exactly why quarterbacks often form bonds with one another throughout their careers – because who better understands what you’re going through better than another professional quarterback?

For these reasons, we often see quarterbacks, past and present, keeping in touch, lending support and, on occasion, training with fellow QB brethren during the offseason. And if there was ever a time for one quarterback to help another, it is now.

Peyton Manning, please buy Jake Plummer’s house.

It’s reasonable to assume a house going for $2.9 million, like the Plummer mansion, would be well within Peyton’s price range, and the proximity of Cherry Hills to Invesco Field at Mile High is certain to be a huge selling point.

To top it all off, there is a massive pool, tennis court, huge showers and more than one bathroom per person for Peyton’s foursome.

You have to admire the initiative Lisa Lopez and Prestigious Denver Homes have taken here to create a match made in heaven.

Who knows, maybe it will happen?
