David Beckham Photobombs At Adidas Booth In Britain
David Beckham might be the biggest star in Britain and with the 2012 Olympics growing ever closer, Adidas decided to put him to good use. They had people pose for pictures while cheering on GB at the #takethestage photobooth where they were surprised by Beckham himself.
The reactions of the fans are just the best. They simply can not believe that David Beckham is going to pose for pictures with them. The guys look like their hero just decided to hang out with them for a little bit. The women looked like their dream guy happened to fall from the sky.
This could go down as one of the best feel good moments of the Olympics. A lot of fans had a dream come true as they were able to meet Beckham. That would be like Michael Jordan posing with fans in America. Of course, he would probably be a jerk to everyone in the area, but sometimes you have to take what you can get.
Smart move by Adidas locking Beckham up to do this. If there is one way to get positive press in Britain, it is using Beckham to promote anything and everything. They might even see an uptick in sales after this. People could be so in love with Beckham that it influence their shopping. Why do you think people spend hundreds of dollars on Air Jordans? They feel like they are closer to their favorite sports star.
If Beckham keeps this up during the actual games, it is game over. Photobombing will have to be retired.
