Kevin Love may be injured right now but that does not mean he has to stop doing good deeds. The Minnesota Timberwolves forward had Larry Fitzgerald shave his head in order to support breast cancer awareness month. To take it even farther, the two will donate money for every single time this following video is viewed, up until $250,000.
This is one of the best ideas that I have ever heard. Fitzgerald lost his mother to breast cancer, so the issue is an extremely big deal to him. It is great to see pro athletes go above and beyond what they ordinarily do in order to help a cause.
To support for October’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Minnesota Timberwolves forward Kevin Love had Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald shave his head. The two are spreading love and awareness in an effort to raise money for breast cancer. Through Kevin’s community outreach program “SpreadLove”, he is supporting Bright Pink and Larry is supporting American Cancer Society/ Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center. The two will donate 25 cents per share/like/view up to a total of $250,000! Please SpreadLove and Spread the Word!!
The above quote, taken from the Youtube video, gives all the details about the situation. If you want to make sure the fight against breast cancer continues, make sure you watch the video and share it with all your friends.
Hopefully this video spreads across the internet and these two end up meeting their top goal. There is nothing good about cancer so raising money to fight it is something we can all agree on.
