Alex Morgan Dresses Up as McKayla Maroney for Halloween

I am very impressed, Alex Morgan. If we needed any more proof that Halloween is the greatest holiday known to mankind, Morgan and fellow soccer player, Sydney Leroux, ended that debate. The duo dressed up as two of the main US Olympic gymnast heroes, Gaby Douglas and McKayla Maroney, and we can just view in enjoyment.
It’s amazing how adored Morgan really is by the sports world. I guess being downright adorable and being a superstar at your sport will help you in that regard. I’m sure this won’t be the only sports-related costume we will see from the Halloween weekend, but it definitely could be the best one.
The best part of the whole picture is Morgan is rocking the “McKayla is not impressed” pose. That pose was probably the image of the Olympics, unless you want to remember something way more positive, like winning gold medals or something.
You will forever be in our hearts, Alex. Just keep being gorgeous and dominating women’s soccer every two to four years and you will remain in the public eye forever. As far as McKayla Maroney goes, she’s only 16, so I really can’t say anything about her.
Personally, I think the body-painted bikini would have been a better choice for Alex. I mean, she did it once already, so why not again!?
Either way, she’s just awesome.
