As expected, the 2013 NCAA Tournament was filled with plenty of excitement and one of the best parts of the conclusion of the big dance is the tribute of One Shining Moment following the National Championship in which highlights of tournament are displayed with Luthar Vandross’ famous song playing in the background.

The Louisville Cardinals came through with an impressive 82-76 victory over the Michigan Wolverines on Monday night to win their third National Championship and Rick Pitino became the first head coach to win the title at two different schools. After their epic come-from-behind win in the Big East Championship, Louisville displayed an unbelievable run in the NCAA Tournament over the last couple of weeks, but they weren’t the only big story from the big dance.

From the magical run by Florida Gulf Coast as a No. 15 seed advancing to the Sweet 16 to Wichita State pulling off numerous upsets to reach the Final Four, college basketball fans couldn’t have asked for a more exciting tournament this year that was topped off by the Cardinals winning the National Championship. Even Michigan pulled off miraculous run of their own as they were on the verge of elimination in the Sweet 16 against the Kansas Jayhawks–only to end regulation on a 22-8 run before winning the game in overtime.

Once again, the One Shining Moment video lived up to the hype as it highlighted all of the best moments from this year’s tournament–so be sure to enjoy the video and start counting down until next year’s tournament.
