It’s finally that time of year–the 2013 NBA playoffs are set to get underway this weekend and fans should be excited about all of the intriguing matchups.
From the Miami Heat squaring up against the Milwaukee Bucks to the Los Angeles Lakers taking on the San Antonio Spurs, the next two weeks will be fun to watch as 16 teams look to make a run at reaching the NBA Finals. And of course, whenever playoffs come around, that usually means it’s that time of year where fans get creative by creating popular rap songs about their beloved teams–which is exactly what Starr Fraternity MG did.
As you can see in the video above, Starr Fraternity MG has come up with a new song for this year’s playoffs called “We In The Playoffs” and you have to admit–it’s a pretty catchy tune to get you excited about what’s in store for this weekend. It’s never easy to come up with these types of songs, but give them credit for coming up with what may be one of the catchiest sports tunes we’ve heard in a long time.
Now that the playoffs are finally going to be getting under way, it will be interesting to see which teams will have what it takes to make a run at the NBA Finals. It’s difficult not to consider Miami the favorites at this point, but there are plenty of other teams like the New York Knicks, Oklahoma City Thunder, or even the Spurs that could give them a run for their money when it comes to winning the title.
