Are you Jay Cutler’s biggest fan? Do you often fantasize about getting the opportunity to dance the night away with the Chicago Bears’ most colorful player? Well, you now have the chance courtesy of Cutler and Kristin Cavallari, the quarterback’s fiancée.
The couple is hosting an 80s dance party on July 18 to raise funds for the Jay Cutler Foundation, a charity that benefits underprivileged children suffering from diabetes. The party will be 21+ and is scheduled to run from 7pm to 10pm in downtown Chicago at Joe’s on Weed Street.
Cutler not enough to entice you to joining this 80s jam? Well then maybe an 80s tribute band, The Breakfast Club, will peak your interest. Unfortunately, Emilio Estevez and Judd Nelson likely won’t be around that night. If that doesn’t do it, you can get all of your nostalgic kicks with one of the greatest 80s music stars, Billy Ocean.
Either way, getting a chance to give back to diabetes victims while seeing Cutler dressed up ridiculously (see picture above) should be more than enough.
While Cutler might be a sour apple on the football field – especially when the Bears are losing – he appears to have a pretty awesome party side. He’s no Rob Gronkowski, but I have to believe that partying with Cutler would be a pretty sweet way to spend a Thursday night.
If you’ll be in downtown Chicago on July 18 and need something to do, why not cleanse your karmic slate by giving to a charity while getting a shot to meet the Bears’ happy-go-lucky quarterback. Even if you fail to get some face time with Cutler, at least you’ll have an excuse to wear some slick 80s costume.
You got plans? You better reschedule.
