When it comes to basketball, one of the most exciting things to witness is whenever a player decides to throw down a crazy dunk–especially when it happens to be an alley-oop play. From LeBron James to Kevin Durant, the NBA always manages to see some of their players pull off some of the sickest dunks each time they step foot on the court.
However, it’s safe to say we’ve never seen any professional basketball players pull off an amazing backyard pool alley-oop like these seven kids did in the Vine video below.
As you can see in the video, these kids decided to coordinate a sick alley-oop with six creative passes and while it may not seem cool at first–the way it all worked out is pretty epic. The fact that these kids managed to coordinate this alley-oop by passing to each other in so many different locations of the backyard and pool is impressive and thanks to their skills–these kids are quickly becoming internet stars.
Obviously, this dunk may be the highlight of their basketball careers as they’ll never reach the status of players like James and Durant, but they deserve all of the credit in the world for organizing this. As impressive as this video is, it’s no secret that these kids didn’t pull off this stunt in one take.
In fact–it wouldn’t be a surprise if it took them anywhere in the range of 10-20 attempts before they finally nailed it.
