The Buffalo Bills were on the verge of upsetting Tom Brady and the New England Patriots before Stephen Gostkowski kicked the game-winning field goal with just a few seconds to spare to give the defending AFC East champions the 23-21 win. While this loss must have been tough for the Bills to take in considering this would have been a great way to kickoff the 2013 season, at least their fans can be satisfied by taking a hilarious shot at the organization over the whole Aaron Hernandez situation.

A group of Bills fans decided to take the whole Hernandez murder investigation to another level for Sunday’s game against the Patriots by wearing orange jumpsuit outfits like you see in prison with Hernandez’s name and No. 81 on the back. Hernandez is currently in jail for the murder of Odin Lloyd and as bad as it sounds–what these Bills fans pulled on Sunday is only the beginning of what could be a long year for New England when it comes to opposing fans taking shots at the team over Hernandez.

Despite the team’s loss to the Patriots, it’s safe to say this group of Bills fans won the award for best costume in the NFL on Sunday as it’s hard for any fan base to top something like this. If a group of Bills fans are willing to wear orange jumpsuits in honor of Hernandez, one can only imagine what New York Jets fans have in store for the Patriots when they come into town.
