Jimmy Fallon loves keeping in touch with the sports world as his love for that portion of pop culture is seemingly never-ending. In his recent late night talk show, he had one of his favorite — and everyone’s favorite for that matter — guests on to do a little dancing. That guest was Justin Timberlake
What does this have to do with sports? Well, have you ever wondered what touchdown celebrations through time look like? Fallon and JT have just the video for you.
Check out the hilarious duo take touchdown celebrations to a whole new level by strutting their stuff in front of a live audience — not caring what kind of fools they are making of themselves.
This has to be one of the best videos of made-up dance touchdowns of all-time. Timberlake obviously has a background of dancing when he was a member of a dancing, singer boy band and Fallon is just a funny guy who doesn’t mind showing off his ‘worm on a leash’ dance move for all to see.
If these dance moves were real, the NFL would be far more exciting. Not to say the NFL isn’t already exciting, but with dance moves like these in touchdown celebrations, we could avoid the awkward, terrible, rhythm-less touchdown dances that seem to plague the league. How about installing a Timberlake-Fallon celebration instruction course for players to take part it. Only the poor dancer could attend and guys who don’t score touchdowns are allowed to go to just so they know how to handle an unlikely score.
Anyway, awesome video by these two.
