In case you’ve been living under a rock for the first three weeks of the 2013 NFL season, the Jacksonville Jaguars are officially the laughing stock of the league as the team has managed to score just 30 points over their first three games–which is sad considering most teams manage to break that scoring milestone in a single game. One of the main reasons why the Jaguars have struggled so much is because of their poor play at the quarterback position considering Blaine Gabbert and to make things even more frustrating–the Jaguars could have easily drafted the quarterback who dominated them on Sunday.

Over the last two years, Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson has emerged as one of the top players in the league and he was brilliant once again on Sunday as he completed 14 of 21 passes for 202 yards to go along with four touchdowns. It may be early in his career, but with the way things have gone over the last two years, Wilson is working his way up to being one of the league’s top quarterbacks and as shown in the photo above–it’s easy to understand why Jaguars fans are frustrated with the organization considering the team selected a punter in the 2012 NFL Draft when they could have easily landed Wilson instead.

Back in the 2012 NFL Draft, Jacksonville used a third-round pick on Bryan Anger before Wilson was selected later in the round and thanks to this brilliant move–the Jaguars will most likely be looking for a new franchise quarterback heading into next year’s draft. Obviously, the team wasn’t focused on using a draft pick on a quarterback since they used a first-round pick on Gabbert the previous year, but this has to be frustrating for Jacksonville fans when considering how long it has been since this team was a contender.

Oh well–at this point Jaguars fans need to just laugh about how bad their team is and enjoy hilarious signs like the one this Seahawks fan provided to help get through the 2013 season.
