Even the most hateful of baseball fans have to feel good for the Pittsburgh Pirates. The Buccos finally got the playoff monkey of their backs on Tuesday night, as they won their first postseason game in 21 years. It had been since the now infamous 1992 NLCS that Pittsburgh had notched a win in October and the fans were no doubt ready to go before, during and after the game Tuesday night against the Cincinnati Reds.
Well, one fan in particular got a little nutty following the Pirates’ big victory. Check out Dean Pasztor, or @bastarddpasztor as he’s known on Twitter, who jumped off a bridge late Tuesday night after the Pirates’ first playoff win in 21 years was in the books:
Mr. Pasztor then took to Twitter following his jump to incriminate himself:

If his intent was to become a viral sensation, then you can deem this jump a success. The video is now making its way around the web for millions to see. I give him credit, because jumping off bridges is serious business. However, for legal reasons, I’m not sure it was a great idea to attach his name to it. Perhaps he’ll get lucky and the Pittsburgh PD will overlook the incident because they’re so happy the Pirates finally won in October?
