College football is almost a religion in some areas. Some people take the sport so seriously that they can’t be happy for an entire week if their football team loses. It makes sense, though, because one loss can make or break a title-hopeful season. As everyone inside of college football knows, the Alabama Crimson Tide are the best team around. So good, in fact, that they haven’t gone a season without a national title since 2010. One Pittsburgh-area teacher who was accused of using heroin and then teaching a class is apparently a huge fan of the Tide.

What does this have to do with sports and why is this a big deal? Well, to be completely honest, it’s not. Not trying to shoot this guy down, but he’s a heroin addict that put himself in front of high school-aged kids and passing out on his desk during class. All the baggage aside, the man has some sort of link with the Crimson Tide. The man’s name is Chris Chiappetta.

I mean, why not? Everyone has seemed to jump on the bandwagon since Nick Saban started bringing titles to Tuscaloosa. How is this guy such a big fan? How do we know? Just listen how responded to the media asking him if he had anything to say about his recent heroin arrest:

Seriously? All you can muster is a “Roll Tide”. It’s like watching that Alabama commercial on ESPN a while back where everyone responded to everything with ‘Roll Tide’. Just ridiculous.

AJ McCarron has the opportunity to bring a third-straight title to Tuscaloosa in 2013 and everyone’s jumping on the bandwagon.
