Usain Bolt is the greatest sprinter of all time. He’s swept through the past two Olympic games, taking home nothing but gold medals. His feats are already legendary, but now he’s given some context to just how athletically gifted he really is. In Bolt’s upcoming autobiography, he reveals some shocking things about the 2008  Bejing games. First and foremost, it appears the sprinter lived on chicken mcnuggets from McDonalds.

“At first I ate a box of 20 for lunch, then another for dinner. The next day I had two boxes for breakfast, one for lunch and then another couple in the evening. I even grabbed some fries and an apple pie to go with it… Man, I should have gotten a gold medal for all that chowing down.”

Bolt estimates that he ate 100 mcnuggets per day during the games, which would mean he put down about 1,000 of them in total. Most of us enjoy a eating some mcnuggets from time-to-time, but holy crap, 100 per day!? To me, this is just further proof that athletes can train and diet however they want, but some of them are just naturally better. Bolt, is clearly one of those athletes.

In addition to his ridiculous eating habits, Bolt also reveals that he had a ‘don’t ask, don’t tell’ policy with his girlfriend.

“I was able to get any lady I wanted. I could walk into a party and take my pick. I would go into a club and think, ‘Hmm, a’ight, which one? You? You? Oh, you! Let’s do this.'”

So there you go kids, sound advice on eating habits and lifestyle choices from the world’s fastest man.
