Top 20 Athletes Who Attract the Most Obnoxious Fans
Athletes With the Most Annoying Fans
Everyone knows those athletes who are the best in their respective sport and they have fans jump on the bandwagon from all walks of life. People from all around the country start to take notice of an up-and0coming athlete and jump on the bandwagon even if they don't like the team that he plays for.
We all know what kind of fans I'm talking about. It's usually the bandwagon fans that start to taking notice of these athletes and jump on the train and endlessly support them -- almost to an annoying level.
Every athlete has his own group of obnoxious fans. No athlete is safe from crazy people who follow them, support them and are one level away from stalker status. Top players like LeBron James and Kobe Bryant have pretty annoying fans when it comes to the NBA because people will support them through thick and thin even if they are wrong. If LeBron throws a ball straight out of bounds to lose the game, his fans will say that he didn't mean to do it and that it wasn't his fault that he threw it out of bounds.
Yeah, it's things like that. Oh how about denying that LeBron is a flopper? Or saying Tim Tebow is a good quarterback and deserves another chance in the NFL? Oh, don't even get me started on the Tebow fans -- they are a bit relentless when it comes to backing their hero.
Being an annoying fan doesn't just consist of liking a player because he happens to be good, but it also consists of being in denial of the obvious. For example, LeBron couldn't win a title in Cleveland and many people didn't think he could make a clutch shot. Fans would say that it was never just his fault, which it wasn't, and go on to say that he would win a title every year if he had a good team. Come on man.
Let's take a look at the top 20 athletes who have the most annoying fans. If I missed anyone, let me know.

1. Tim Tebow
This really doesn't need an explanation, but the Tebow followers are a bit scary. Say anything bad about him and you will receive their wrath. You can probably assume I'm going to get torn apart by them because I said that.
