Some say that the month of February is the slowest time of the year for a sports fan. And for the most part they are correct, as none of the major sports are entrenched in an exciting playoff race. However, that doesn’t mean us sports nuts don’t have anything to talk about. Moreover, the sports world is always spinning no matter the season.

Moving on, the Indiana Pacers are beginning to overtake the Miami Heat as everyone’s favorite to haul in the NBA Title in 2014. Despite an off night from All-Star forward Paul George, the Pacers still topped the Portland Trail Blazers in what could have been a preview for the NBA Championship.
