20 Athletes Who Would Benefit From Partnering With Jay-Z and Roc Nation
Athletes Who Should Join Forces With Roc Nation
It’s no secret anymore that Jay-Z and Roc Nation are trying to take over the sports agent game – and they are off to a pretty solid start. Partnering with Ndamukong Suh to become his new agent today, Jay-Z is one step closer to making his agency bigger and better than anyone else’s in the game today.
Suh is just the latest in the short line of clients that Roc Nation has accrued since it began in 2013. In case you don’t remember, Robinson Cano has to be the best case of striking gold with Roc Nation as he signed a huge deal with the Seattle Mariners as a result of partnering with Jay-Z.
Cano isn’t the only big name on Jay-Z’s client list – as you can imagine. Kevin Durant is probably the biggest name of all. The young superstar will never have to worry about money again, not because of Roc Nation, but because of his skill – it’s just a bonus that he will get the most money out of his talent because of Roc Nation and he gets to be friends with Jay-Z.
Skylar Diggins, C.C. Sabathia, Victor Cruz and Geno Smith round out the list of clients that Jay-Z has partnered with and all are surely set for big paydays in the near future – as long as their production on the field is consistent as well.
It’s only a matter of time before all of the top athletes in the league join up with Roc Nation and start realizing that he is a genius when it comes to contract negotiations.
Let’s take at some underpaid stars that should join forces with Roc Nation for monetary reasons. Let me know if anyone else should consider joining Jay-Z.
