If you’re not a fan of women’s golf, you might be after meeting Sophie Horn, who has been named the “Sexiest Woman in Golf” by pretty much every creditable (and non-creditable) outlet there is. She’s a blonde bombshell who plays golf, gives golf advice and models on the side. Actually, she takes lots of pictures without much clothes and we’ve collected her hottest pictures for your viewing pleasure. Enjoy!
She grew up on a golf course in Norfolk, England, so she’s been playing from a very early age.
Her grandfather, Dennis Horn, was a world champion cyclist and she attributes her “sports gene” to him.
As a child, she won the Norfolk County Championship three years in a row, and that was before she started turning heads on and off the course.
At 15, she won the under-21 championship and then the Midlands Championship, which sent her on a run of fame.
In 2005, Golf Punk Magazine hired her as “The Golf Nurse”. In this position, she modeled while also giving golf advice through the magazine.
In 2008, she became a co-host on the Setana Sports production “Show Me The Golf” and then hosted Sky Sports Online’s pilot episode of “The Golf Show”.
She quickly started to become known as a model who held golf clubs more than she was an actual golfer; in 2009, she was named a finalist for “Maximuscle Body”.
This quickly led to her doing photo shoots for Maxin and Loaded before she really hit it big.
In 2010, she was featured by Sports Illustrated for the British Open and she instantly became an Internet sensation.
The same year, she was voted “Sexiest Golfer” by Total Pro Sports and then was featured on pretty much every male-interest site on the Web.
Also in 2012, she decided to personally take the modeling gig to another level and launched her first calendar.
When she created and launched her own personal logo, she became an Internet hit all over again…although it really wasn’t because of the logo, even though it’s pretty cool.
The same year, she was the host for yet another pilot golf show, this one in Portugal.
For almost a decade now, she’s been trying to break into the LPGA Tour, but hasn’t been able to do so.
However, that doesn’t bother her as she says she just plays golf for fun and enjoys trying to make it a more popular sport worldwide.
Put simply, if she keeps taking bikini pictures with a golf club in her hand, the sport will definitely grow in popularity.
