It's heating up out there. School is out, schedules are clearing up, and it's time for you to pack a suitcase and forget the about the rest of the world for a week or two. Sounds great, right? Now here's the kick: you get to pick an athlete to tag along. Here are my top 15 choices. Feel free to share your own in the comments section!
Rob Gronkowski makes this list every time because he parties hard and lands the ladies. He almost does it professionally. I can't guarantee that you would be able to last more than a few days with this animal, though.
What makes Nate Robinson so unique in the NBA is his size. He looks normal with the rest of society! So there's a plus. Not to mention, he's a funny fellow.
Kelly Slater knows how to play the whole vacation thing with the ladies. After all, he's a surfer. I'm sure he would be willing to teach you a few of his tricks on the board and with the girls.
Yeah, yeah, he's the fastest human on Earth or whatever. Forget it. Usain Bolt is a spontaneous, arrogant dude. As long as you can deal with some early-morning workouts, you should have a killer time.
Chris Bosh is basically the ultimate third wheel. He's always popping up in front of the camera and behind his teammates, just giving the camera an uncomfortable stare. He's going to make the most fun of any situation.
We all know Derek Jeter lands the hottest girls out there, and on top of landing the ladies, you'll get to find out what this guy actually does when he's not playing baseball.
Blake Griffin has an odd sense of humor, but it works. You're in this for the endorsements, though. Kia and Gamestop.com are going to have you hooked up for this trip.
Paul Bissonnette just might be the ultimate pro athlete. Scroll through his Twitter account, and you'll find numerous pictures of him partying with hot girls. Now you get to join in on the fun.
Kevin Durant is a pure superstar on the court and super chill off the court. It seems like you'd be getting the best of both worlds. Plus, he'd probably be willing to join your "Framily" plan.
Mcilroy is a subtly funny dude. You probably won't wake up in the morning with an empty wallet and no recollection of what happened over the previous eight hours, but you will get plenty of golf. Who wouldn't enjoy golfing for a few quiet weeks?
There's no other way to put it: Dirk is a silly dude. He embraces every last inch of his giant stature and has no shame in being himself. Have fun with that.
Yeah, I hear you. The last person you would ever be associated with is Johnny Manziel -- but I don't believe you. Who wouldn't want to go around with Johnny Football for a week or two? Those are great memories just waiting to happen.
Shaun White could quite possibly be the ultimate bro. You just give him one look, and it's like you magically want to pick up a skateboard and fly off of something. You would have a wonderful bro time with Shaun, no doubt about it.
Kevin Love has a really unique personality. I think he would be an excellent best friend to have. He's going to stay grounded, but he's definitely not going to have you bored for a second. Plus, his uncle is a founding member of the Beach Boys.
He's the funniest man in sports, hands down. In all, Brian Wilson just wants to have a good time, and he strikes me as the kind of man who can make a good time out of any situation. You just buckle in and enjoy the ride.
