For as long as there have been male athletes, there have been women who get involved with them. They're not always known by name, but these women love the players themselves, their wallets or sometimes both. These women are the wives and girlfriends, known commonly as WAGs, of sports. Let’s take a look now at the 100 hottest WAGs of all time, starting with Nos. 100-91. All information comes via playerwives.com unless otherwise noted.
The former star of iCarly, Jennette McCurdy dated Detroit Pistons big man Andre Drummond this past year after Drummond's constant persistence. McCurdy has since dumped Drummond because he was a bad kisser and moved on to the likes of Nathan Kress and Max Ehrich while Drummond is currently single.
Taylor Anderson will be entering her sophomore year at the University of Toledo, but she is already in the big leagues. Anderson is dating former Michigan Wolverine and current Sacramento Kings rookie Nik Stauskas. Despite going to a school in Ohio, Anderson has constantly trolled Buckeyes fans on social media, including a Photoshopped picture of her boyfriend eating “Aaron Craft” mac and cheese.
Kirsten Hardy, not to be confused with her identical twin sister Kristen Hardy, joined the WAG scene in 2012 when she began dating former South Carolina defensive end and current Houston Texans rookie Jadeveon Clowney. The two met while Hardy attended the University of Houston. Kirsten has previously been an NBA dancer for the Atlanta Hawks and currently is a dancer for the Charlotte Honey Bees along with her twin.
Amanda Enfield arrived on the scene just as Florida Gulf Coast did in 2013. Not only did the Eagles receive national attention after their Cinderella run as a No. 15 seed, but Amanda became famous for her relationship with former FGCU coach Andy Enfield. The couple had their first date at an NIT game and were engaged less than six months later. Marcum was previously a model who appeared on covers for Elle, Vogue and Maxim.
After becoming a household name with her role in "Coyote Ugly", Bridget Moynahan began dating current Patriots quarterback Tom Brady in 2004. The relationship lasted until December 2006 with Moynahan announcing that she was pregnant with Brady's child. Ironically, since the split, Brady and the Patriots have not won a Super Bowl.
On the screen, both AJ Lee and CM Punk have been among the most controversial superstars in recent WWE memory. Off the screen, the two were recently married this past June. Both Lee and Punk have been champions, with AJ hoisting the Divas Championship twice, while Punk was a three-time World Heavyweight Champion and two-time WWE Champion.
Elsa Benitez has been a fixture in the modeling world for the last decade, most notably appearing on the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue in 2001. She has since worked as a model for Dolce & Gabbana and Victoria's Secret. In September of 1999, Benitez married Rony Seiklay, a former NBA player. The couple would split in 2005. Benitez went on to grace the cover of the swimsuit Issue again in 2006.
Before becoming Zack Greinke's wife, Emily Kuchar was a former Dallas Cowboys cheerleader and the 2008 Miss Daytona Beach USA. The two met while they attended Apopka High School in Florida. Greinke has credited Kuchar with helping him as he suffered through a personality disorder.
Tim Hasselbeck's wife Elisabeth Hasselbeck first came on the scene during her time on "Survivor: The Australian Outback", where she finished fourth overall. She also went on to be a judge on the 2001 Miss Teen USA Pageant in addition to being a host on "The View". Tim and Elisabeth began dating while both attended Boston College and were married in 2002. Tim is an analyst for ESPN while Hasselbeck is now with Fox News and the show Fox & Friends.
After several previously high-profile relationships, Dallas Cowboys QB Tony Romo married Candice Crawford. Crawford previously competed in several beauty pageants, including the 2003 and 2005 Miss Texas Teen USA, placing third both times. She also represented Missouri in the Miss USA 2008 pageant, finishing sixth. The two were engaged in 2010 and married in 2011. The Romo's have two sons named Hawkins and Rivers.
