LRP: NFL Wild Card Weekend in Review

I have the review of the weekend playoff games in the NFL for you.  However, I would be remiss writing any sports article today without mentioning the passing of Stuart Scott of ESPN.  He will be missed, and my heartfelt condolences go out to his family and his work “family” at ESPN.  I will always remember that he was “as cool as the other side of the pillow” RIP Stuart Scott.
The (11-5) Arizona Cardinals went on the road to play the (7-8-1) Carolina Panthers in the first game of the Wild Card round Saturday.  The Cards who had been winning with a third string QB, lots of smoke and plenty of mirrors finally ran out of smoke and broke all their remaining mirrors, which left their QB Ryan Lindley and their defense to get the job done.  Suffice it to say that wasn’t enough.
