Cricket World Cup 2015: Ireland Squad List

Ireland enters the 2015 Cricket World Cup known as a team that can spoil others’ tournaments, coming off big wins in recent tournaments including a victory over England in 2011 and one over Pakistan in 2008.

Ireland are in Group B along with South Africa, India, Pakistan, West Indies, Zimbabwe and United Arab Emirates. They face the West Indies in their opening match on February 16.

This is a list of the Ireland squad for the 2015 Cricket World Cup to be held from February 14 to March 29, 2015:

According to BBC Sport, “teams were required to name a 30-man provisional squad before finalising a 15-strong squad for the competition by 7 January. Injured players can only be replaced with special dispensation from the International Cricket Council.”
