Brandon Browner called Kanye West out on Twitter on Tuesday night over comments West made about the musician Beck undeservedly winning Album of the Year over Beyonce. The Patriots cornerback was clearly unhappy and ended his rant by saying -- "If only I could've been Beck for one night. Kanye would be rapping thru the wire." Here are 15 athletes we'd love to see fight Kanye West.

In addition to being just a massive human being, “Gronk” is a little crazy -- there’s really no other way to put it. The 6-foot-6, 265-pound tight end is one of the strongest players in the NFL. Kanye’s best hope would be turning around and running and hoping Gronkowski pulls a back muscle and slows up.

At 5-foot-9, the Ravens wide receiver is the smallest man on this list. West himself is around 5-foot-8, so on paper this is actually somewhat of a fair fight. Unfortunately for West, Smith is one of the toughest competitors in football and has never been afraid to throw a punch. In 2013, Smith said if he ever saw St. Louis Rams cornerback Janoris Jenkins in the street, he would “punch him in his [bleeping] mouth.”

In Rousey, we have one athlete actually smaller than West, but that doesn’t mean the result would be any different. She’s an expert fighter and the consensus No. 1 pound-for-pound female MMA fighter in the world. This has the makings of an absolute must-see pay-per-view event.

12. DeMarcus Cousins

Now that Rasheed Wallace and Ron Artest/Metta World Peace are out of the league, Cousins is probably the player most likely to flip a switch and go nuts on a referee or opposing player. At nearly 7-feet tall and 300-pounds, Cousins is not a guy anyone would like to fight.

The Detroit Lions defensive tackle is widely regarded as the dirtiest player in the NFL. In a 2014 ESPN poll of 82 NFL players, Suh was voted the “last guy in the league you’d ever want to get in a fistfight with.” If NFL players don’t want to fight the guy, just imagine how Kanye would fair…

Chara is the last player you’d want to fight in a sport that actually allows it. The 6-foot-9 Boston Bruins defenseman has bloodied a few opponents who have been foolish enough to drop the gloves with the 37-year-old Slovak.

Willis finished second in the “last guy in the league you’d ever want to get in a fistfight with” NFL players’ poll. The San Francisco 49ers middle linebacker is one of the most fearsome hitters in the league today and a weight room freak.

Speaking of weight room freaks, I present J.J. Watt. The Houston Texans defensive end was unanimously voted the AP 2014 NFL Defensive Player of the Year after one of the more incredible seasons in league history. Watt is a behemoth of a man and I almost feel bad putting him on the list. Almost.

7. Dwight Howard

An easy choice to make this list, the Houston Rockets center is one of the most physically intimidating athletes in the world today. Just under seven-feet tall, Howard is also exceptionally athletic for a man of his monstrous size.

6. Mike Tyson

He’s the craziest athlete in sports history, making him the perfect fit to go up against one of the most delusional entertainers around today. “Iron Mike” is far too dangerous to put in the ring with West, so maybe he would need to be blindfolded or given some other handicap.

5. Yasiel Puig

Baseball players don’t have the reputation for being the most athletic players in sports (just look at the next slide), but Puig certainly fits the freak athlete mold. The Dodgers outfielder is a true five-tool player, with elite speed and strength. He’s also been known to be highly emotional on the field and once was involved in a bench-clearing brawl after a shouting match with rival San Francisco Giants pitcher Madison Bumgarner.

Fielder is simply huge. The entertainment value of seeing Kanye West up against someone of Fielder’s size would be through the roof. I think we finally have one athlete on the list West might be quicker than. Still no hope for the musician in this matchup.

Suarez is not a big guy by any means and his fighting method of choice is biting. Here’s a matchup where I legitimately don’t know who I would be rooting for.

2. James Johnson

It’s doubtful most NBA fans know who Johnson is, but stay with me here. The Raptors forward is 20-0 as a kick boxer and even has an MMA fight under his belt, which came at the early age of 18. In an interview with Sports Illustrated, Johnson said, “I’m not done fighting. I think about fighting all the time.”

The Patriots cornerback is the man who originally called out Kanye, so I can’t think any of anyone better to get the first go at it. At 6-foot-4, Browner is one of the biggest defensive backs in the history of the league.
