Powerlifter Ray Williams Regains World Record Squat at 1,052 Pounds

Powerlifter Ray Williams (aka Ray Ray Williams, aka Optimus Prime) was on a mission at the Arnold Sports Festival to regain his world record squat with at 477.5kg (1,052 pounds).

This massive man with tree trunks for legs achieved his goals with this truly insane effort.

It’s a wonder his legs don’t snap or his shoulders don’t just cave in, but Williams’ perseverance pays off to finish what he set out to do.
