Jon Gruden's Yoked Son Deuce Just Won A Powerlifting Gold Medal

ESPN analyst Jon Gruden apparently has a son named Deuce Gruden (of course he does) who works as a strength coach for his uncle Jay Gruden and the Washington Redskins.

According to Sports Illustrated, the 23-year-old muscle man just won a gold medal at the IPF World Classic Powerlifting Championships in Belarus.
