Boston Celtics Have A Fan In Celebrity Chef Emeril Lagasse
Anyone that knows anything about cooking knows that celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse has great taste in the kitchen. Any man with catch phrases like “Kick it up a notch” and “BAM!” has got to be a man that knows exciting great taste. However, Emeril revealed that he has great taste in NBA teams today on ESPN this morning. Emeril revealed that he is a fan of the 17 time world champion Boston Celtics.
I admit I never pictured Emeril being a Celtics fan. The man is rooted in New Orleans and the rest of the south so Boston is not exactly on the radar for me. Heck, if any northern city, I would have pegged the Knicks and New York City with all the great restaurants. However, everyone loves a winner and no one has won more titles than Boston.
I wonder when he decided that he was a Celtics fan. Is his love rooted from the 60s Russell era? How about the Cowens led 70s? The Larry Bird era perhaps? No matter the time frame the Celtics have one celebrity chef in their corner.
