San Antonio Spurs Acquire Stephen Jackson From Golden State

Stephen Jackson is headed back to San Antonio. The Spurs have traded Richard Jefferson and a first round pick to the Golden State Warriors in exchange for Jackson. Jefferson is a bit cheaper than Jackson, which helps Golden State set up for the future.
Jackson won a title with the Spurs and he’s a favorite of head coach Gregg Popovich. Jackson has barely played in over a month, but he could be a big help to the Spurs down the stretch.
