Video: Blake Griffin Dunk On Channing Frye
The Los Angeles Clippers have been going through a rough patch, but Blake Griffin has been bringing in the highlights. The power forward still isn’t a complete player, but who needs to be when you can throw down dunks like this?
Channing Frye had the right idea. Get the heck out of the way. You still caught in the picture, but you avoided the embarrassment of the full poster experience. Smart thinking on your part.
If Griffin can ever add to his game, he’s going to be a force. However, you can’t survive on dunking alone. You need something else to turn to when the knees go bad and your hops decrease year to year. A decent post move or better free throw shooting will do wonders for Griffin.
Until then, the dunks will suffice. Can’t complain about highlights as they happen. We all need great dunk videos in our life. Some people may like perfect defensive rotations or the extra pass to the open guy in the corner. Others prefer violent dunks with no regard for human life below.
Griffin finished with 27 points and 14 rebounds in the 103-86 win.
