Dallas Mavericks Defeat Miami Heat for 2011 NBA Championship
Several Dallas Cowboys Hall of Famers and other Dallas-area sports legends recently put together an encouraging video for the Dallas Mavericks, who defeated the Miami Heat in Game 6 of the NBA Finals on Sunday to win the NBA Championship. The Mavericks won the final of the best-of-seven series by a score of 105-95 with shooting guard Jason Terry scoring 27 points to lead the way. Power forward Dirk Nowitzki was named NBA Finals MVP to cement his legacy as the greatest foreign-born player in league history.
