Tebowmania just doesn’t get any better than this! A Brewing company in Eagle, Colorado (Bonfire Brewing) is hoping its newest beverage called “Tebrew: The Sunday Sipper” has huge sales, though it doesn’t plan to put the drink into distribution. They brewed only 150 gallons, specifically for the Vail Big Beers Festival in January. So if you want to try this beverage go to the festival in January.
The barley wine-style drink with 10 percent alcohol volume fittingly has an incredible finish, just like the Broncos’ quarterback. I figure the beer is something that will really be popular during the rest of the winter and football season. The brewery has fielded calls from as far away as Florida about the beer. There has been some talk over the internet about a drinking game called Tim Tebow drinking game and the new beer.
The rules of the game are to take a drink every time the announcer uses the word “win” to describe the Denver Broncos’ quarterback, his lack of accuracy is described, he points to the sky, or whenever “Tebow” is used as a verb. The last rule is that if any player kneels down in a Tebow pose, everyone has to do the same. The last person in the game that gets into the pose has to finish everyone’s beer.
Personally, I am not a alcohol drinker, but if advertised right this drink could do very well for as long as Tebow and the Broncos keep their winning ways. whether the drink is good or not. My question is this.. What does Tebow think about his name sorta being used on a beer label? I think this may not be the last we hear about this beer, the next time we hear about it it may be in a negative way. I hope not, but we will see.
