Tim Tebow and the Denver Broncos took a hard loss to Kyle Orton and the Kansas City Chiefs 7-3 Sunday. It was ugly on both sides as it would be hard to say who had the better performace between Tebow and Orton, despite the loss, the Denver Broncos did indeed clinch the AFC West and a spot in the 2012 NFL Playoffs since the Oakland Raiders also lost. The Denver Broncos have now lost 3 straight headed into the playoffs and will face an even tougher matchup with the Pittsburg Steelers. The Steelers are no stranger to the post season. Since 2001 the Steelers only missed the playoffs in 2006 and 2009. They loss the AFC Championship game in 2004, won the Superbowl in 2005 and 2008, and loss the superbowl last year the the Green Bay Packers. The competition is not getting any easier and I am afraid the results may just get worse. The Broncos will need Tebow to regain his magic to have any hope versus the Steelers. The only thing going for the Broncos will be that QB Ben Roethlisberger is banged up and RB Rashard Mendenhall may miss the game. The Steelers D will be blitzing all day and some of those nasty defenders (James Harrison, Lamar Woodley, and Company) may be tired of hearing about Tebow and will be aiming to hit him hard.

The Broncos have done me wrong the last two weeks when I predicted a win…

This week I am going with a victory for the Steelers. The Steelers D will be too much for Tebow and company. The run game may be halted and the Steelers blitz will be too much.
