Brady Quinn Bashes Tim Tebow: Talent And Prayers
Not only is Tim Tebow getting bashed by many outside of the Denver Broncos’ organization, but he is also getting some of it from inside the organization. It has been reported that Brady Quinn, the backup quarterback to Tebow, has started talking about Tebow’s promotion to starter.
“Early in the season, there was a game when Kyle [Orton] got hurt and the coaches were calling for me to go in, but Kyle got up and finished the game out,” Quinn said. “So I was the second-string guy. Then, a few weeks later, they decided to put Tim in. I felt like the fans had a lot to do with that. Just ’cause they were chanting his name. There was a big calling for him. No, I didn’t have any billboards. That would have been nice.”
Quinn talked about how the Broncos’ season was lucky and that Tebow’s achievements were more luck rather than talent. The way I see it, Quinn was a great college pure passer who questions whether or not you can win with a breed of quarterback like Tebow. Quinn saw himself as a better passer than Tebow and thought he was a better NFL quarterback. He is upset that he didn’t get as big of a chance as Tebow got and he’s taking it personally. His opinion about Tebow is his own right, but I would be willing to bet that when the Broncos made the decision to start Tebow over him it was because they thought it gave them the best shot at winning. Yes, the initial playing time may have been decided somewhat by the fans, but in the end it’s a business and the Denver Broncos have to win to keep the business running.
Quinn even gave his opinion about the way Tebow prays to himself and thinks that it should be done with the team. I am not going to speak my opinions about this because what a man thinks is right with him and the great guy above is his own business and is much bigger than the game or the team.

I disagree with Quinn’s statements on why he was not given the chance, instead given to Tim. It’s a whiner’s play, and too late in this season.
He doesn’t make the decision. It’s the organization, adm, coaches, who make the decision. Had he started the game and with the team throughout the season, could he have guaranteed even a game of playoff? And please stop whining about one’s faith. Whereever and whenever someone likes to display it, it’s his own salvation.
