Guys to Start:

QB Cam Newton, CAR (vs. NO) – Newton has a great matchup versus a Saints’ defense that has allowed 8 touchdowns through the air and 281.3 yards a game.

QB Eli Manning, NYG (vs. SEA) – Manning has thrown 6 touchdowns in the last two weeks and the G-Men have a great matchup against an overrated Seahawks’ secondary.

RB DeAngelo Williams, CAR (@ NO) – “D-Will” always plays tough versus the Saints, averaging 118.8 yards per game against them in the last three years.

RB BenJarvus Green-Ellis, NE (VS. NYJ) – The “Law-Firm” plays a soft Jets’ run-defense that is ranked 27th in the league and averages 130.5 yards against them a game.

WR Jeremy Maclin, PHI (@ BUF) – “J-Mac” has recovered from his off-season health scare and he gets to face a Bills’ secondary that let Wes Welker catch 16 balls for 217 yards in week three.

WR Santonio Holmes, NYJ (@ NE) – The Jets are looking to get Holmes involved more in the offense  as he has only 94 receiving yards in the last three games combined.

TE Owen Daniels, HOU (vs. OAK) – The former Wisconsin Badger has amazingly caught 3 touchdowns in each of the last three games.

IDP: OLB Tamba Hali, KC (@ IND) – The “Tamba-Hawk” had two sacks last week and now gets to play a banged up Colts’ offensive line.

Guy to Sit:

QB Matt Hasselbeck, TEN (@ PIT) – It’s hard to bench a guy who threw for 3 touchdowns last week, but his upcoming matchup in Pittsburgh looks like a disaster waiting to happen.

QB Alex Smith, SF (vs. TB) – Smith has looked strong in the first couple weeks, but expect him to start to “regress to the mean” as the season moves on.

RB Ben Tate, HOU (vs. OAK) – With Foster finally healthy and running for 155 yards last week, Tate is back to being a fantasy afterthought in Houston.

RB LaDainian Tomlinson, NYJ (@ NE) – “LT” is still backing up Shonn Greene in New York and only has 59 rushing yards on the year.

WR Chad Ochocinco, NE (vs. NYJ) – The six-time Pro Bowler has only caught 7 passes all year in New England and is a couple more drops away from getting cut.

WR Andre Johnson, HOU (vs. OAK) – “Andre 3000” is out three weeks with a horrible hamstring injury and will now be a questionable play the rest of the year.

TE Heath Miller, PIT (vs. TEN) – Miller has yet to catch a touchdown this year as the Steelers have only threw 3 total touchdowns in the first four games.

IDP: ILB Stephen Tulloch, DET (vs. CHI) – Tulloch has disappointed since coming over from Tennessee and is barely worth a roster spot at this point in the season.
