Fantasy weeks can be won or lost through the course of the season just by starting the right, or wrong guy. Below is a list of some guys who will directl

Guys to Start:

QB Tony Romo, DAL (@ NE) – Romo plays a banged up Pats’ defense and look for him to find Dez Bryant often.

QB Ryan Fitzpatrick (@ NYG) – “Fitz-magic” put up yet another solid outing last week and the gunslinger will test the injured Giants’ secondary all day.

RB Steven Jackson, STL (@ GB) – “S-Jax” looks to be completely healthy from his quad injury, and will be a strong starter moving forward.

RB Earnest Graham, TB (vs. NO) – If LaGarette Blount is unable to play this weekend due to his injured hamstring, then Graham is a very experienced backup to grab.

WR AJ Green, CIN (vs. IND) – The rookie has already caught 3 touchdowns and plays a lackluster Colts’ secondary.

WR Pierre Garcon, IND (@ CIN) – The “waiter” appears to be Curtis Painter’s favorite target with an amazing 7 receptions for 271 yards and 4 touchdowns in the last week.

TE Ed Dickson, BAL (vs. HOU) – Flacco has quickly gained confidence in the tight end as he has been targeted 32 times in the first four games.

IDP: Jason Pierre-Paul, NYG (vs. BUF) – JPP is leading the tenacious Giants’ pass rush and has already collected 7 sacks in the first five games.

Guys to Sit:

QB Sam Bradford, STL (@ GB) – The former first round pick has only thrown 3 touchdowns through the first four weeks and plays a very stingy Packers’ defense.

QB Matt Schaub, HOU (@ BAL) – Schaub travels to play a tough Baltimore team and has to do it without his favorite target “Andre 3000”.

RB LaGarette Blount, TB (vs. NO) – Blount left last weekend’s game with a knee injury and the franchise back is still doubtful for the game versus the Saints.

RB Cedric Benson, CIN (vs. IND) – Benson has only scored one touchdown in 2011 and still has to serve a 4-game suspension from the NFL.

WR Santana Moss, WSH (vs. PHI) – Moss will be matched up against shutdown corner Nnamdi Asomugha so don’t expect much from the speedster this week.

WR Devin Hester, CHI (vs. MIN) – Hester has only caught 7 touchdowns in his last 38 games and the former defensive back is at the bottom of the barrel at wide receiver.

TE Chris Cooley, WSH (@ PHI) – The two-time Pro Bowler only has 66 receiving yards as Fred Davis has become the main fantasy tight end in the nation’s capital.

IDP: TJ Ward, CLE (@ OAK) – Ward posted 123 tackles in his rookie year, but the former Oregon star has only gathered a mere 18 tackles in the first five games.
