In the following weeks, I will be walking you through all 32 NFL teams in a fantasy football perspective. I will give you predictions, rankings, sleepers and much more so you can be fully prepared for draft day. Today, I am going to walk you through the Arizona Cardinals.

The Cardinals don’t have a ton of fantasy options. In fact, they would be in the bottom five of all the NFL teams in terms of fantasy assets. They have maybe the worst quarterback situation in the league, not a great backfield, and a non-desirable tight end. They have one bright spot, and that is their wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald. Despite the pure disgrace to fantasy football, here is the Arizona Cardinals’ fantasy football preview.

Quarterback: Nobody knows who the starting quarterback of this team is going to be. The fact of the matter is, you don’t need to know either. Their quarterback is going to stink and you don’t want him on your fantasy football team.

Running Back: Beanie Wells has always been a guy who has intrigued people. We have seen flashes of really great play from Beanie, but he hasn’t been able to stay on the field long enough to get a good feel of what we should truly expect out of him. If you want to take a risk on him, do it in a later round and draft him as a bench option.

Wide Receiver: This is the high point of the team. Larry Fitzgerald is a monster. He is going to produce despite being in a terrible system. If he was in an ideal situation, he would be a top three wide receiver. Unfortunately, he is in Arizona and is only a top ten receiver. I love this guy but not this year as much as I did other years. If I was feeling really good, I would take him in the back half of the second round, but don’t go much earlier than that.

Tight End: I am sorry, but unless you’re in a very deep league, Jeff King isn’t going to be drafted in your league,
