Pittsburgh Pirates OF Andrew McCutchen has become an elite fantasy baseball outfielder. He can hit for average and power, but more importantly, he is a constant threat on the bases.

McCutchen has stolen a total of 98 bases through his first four seasons, but his totals went from 33 in 2010 all the way down to 20 in 2012. He vowed to be much more active on the bases this off-season, and so far this year he has done exactly that.

Through the first three games, McCutchen has certainly lived up to his promise. The center fielder has already stolen four bases in 2013 and the speedster is on well on his way to having a career season on the bases.

He is also having another strong start with his bat. He hit a double in each of his first two games against the Chicago Cubs and had an RBI single in the third game.

McCutch is the spark on the Bucos and is one of the best in the league at manufacturing runs. He is one of the most exciting players to watch in all of fantasy and his unique skill set has made him a fan favorite for anyone in a dynasty league.

McCutchen will be a top-five outfielder all year long. He will easily hit .300 and steal over 30 bases on his way to another All-Star fantasy season.
