The fantasy football playoffs are already here and many owners will be looking for a tight end to take a shot on. So for those desperate owners, here are some sleepers at the tight end position for Week 15.

TE Delaine Walker, Tennessee Titans – Walker missed last weekend’s game with a concussion, but the tight end is ready to get back to work this week. He even has an amazing matchup, as he faces off against an Arizona Cardinals defense that is allowing a league-high 14 fantasy points per game to opposing tight ends. If you need a sleeper tight end this week, Walker is as good as it gets.

TE Coby Fleener, Indianapolis Colts – Fleener may be somewhat overshadowed at the moment by LaVon Brazill and Da’Rick Rogers, but the tight end is still getting plenty of targets each week. He has seen 42 targets over his last five games and has gone over 50 yards in three of those games. He will have another busy afternoon against the Houston Texans.

TE Jermaine Gresham, Cincinnati Bengals – Gresham has been very inconsistent throughout the 2013 season. He has had three games with under 15 yards, but he has also caught three touchdowns over the last five games. Cincy will play the Pittsburgh Steelers this week, and considering that Gresham caught six balls for 66 yards  against the division foe earlier this season, the tight end should have another decent game for fantasy fans in Week 15.
